Authority of division to fix rates, tolls, charges and schedules.

387.207. 1. All rates, tolls, charges, schedules and joint rates fixed by the state highways and transportation commission with reference to the transportation of passengers by motor carrier shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful, and all regulations, practices and services prescribed by the commission shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful and reasonable until found otherwise in a suit brought for that purpose pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

2. All rates, tolls, charges, schedules, and joint rates published in accordance with subsection 3 of section 387.050 with reference to the transportation of household goods by motor carrier shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful, and all regulations, practices and services prescribed by the state highways and transportation commission shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful and reasonable until found otherwise in a suit brought for that purpose under and pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
