Chapter 387 Motor Carriers Generally
Section 387.010 Application of chapter.
Application of chapter.
387.010. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the transportation of passengers or household goods from one point to another within this state, and to any motor carrier, as defined in section 390.020, performing such service. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to railroad corporations or street railroad corporations, except to the extent they engage in business as motor carriers of passengers or household goods.
