Duty of register of lands, evidence.
446.240. The register of lands shall procure suitable books and record therein all letters and instructions received from the land department at Washington concerning lands granted to this state, and shall also record in such books all lists of lands certified by the commissioner of such land office, under the provisions of the act recited in section 446.230, as belonging to the state; and copies of such record, certified by the register of lands, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
