Judicial review.
444.900. All final decisions or orders of the commission shall be subject to judicial review as provided in chapter 536. No judicial review shall be available, however, until all administrative remedies are exhausted. The availability of such review shall not be construed to limit the operation of the rights established in section 444.880 except as provided therein.
