Injunction and forfeiture of bond, when--attorney general to act.

444.710. In the event the commission determines that any provisions of sections 444.500 to 444.755, rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, permits issued, conditions of the bond, or any final order or determination made by the commission or the director is being violated, the commission may, either after judicial review or simultaneous with judicial review, cause to have instituted a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief and for forfeiture of bond. The attorney general shall bring such action, at the request of the commission, in the name of the state of Missouri.
