Certain evidence admissible in certain eviction-related actions.

441.790. Relevant evidence obtained in good faith by a law enforcement officer or agency shall be admissible in a civil action brought pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880. This provision operates even though the cause of action may have been brought or is being prosecuted by a law enforcement agency.
