The repeal of sections 407.1200, 407.1203, 407.1206, 407.1209, 407.1212, 407.1215, 407.1218, 407.1221, 407.1224, 407.1225, and 407.1227 and the enactment of sections 385.200, 385.201*, 385.203*, 385.204, 385.205**, 385.207**, 385.208, 385.209**, 385.210, 385.211**, 385.212, 385.300, 385.301*, 385.302, 385.303*, 385.304, 385.305*, 385.306, 385.307*, 385.310, 385.311*, and 385.312, shall become effective January 1, 2008.
