Penalty for violation.
375.410. Any public official failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of sections 375.390 and 375.400 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars and forfeit his office.
