No criminal or civil liability for pawnbroker exercising due care and good faith.

367.049. A licensed pawnbroker, or agent or employee of the licensed pawnbroker, who acts, pursuant to the provisions of sections 367.011 to 367.060, in good faith, exercises due care and follows the provisions of the law, shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability for any such act.
