Application for reinstatement of license--period.

340.266. If the board orders the license to be revoked, the board may provide that the person may not apply for reinstatement of license, certificate or registration, or permit for a period of at least one year and not more than seven years following the date of the revocation. Any stay order will toll the period of revocation.
