337.689. Nothing in sections 337.600 to 337.689 shall be construed to prohibit any person licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections 337.600 to 337.689 from testifying in court hearings concerning matters of adoption, adult abuse, child abuse, child neglect, or other matters pertaining to the welfare of children or any dependent person, or from seeking collaboration or consultation with professional colleagues or administrative supervisors on behalf of the client.
