Death or incapacity, continuation of dental practice, when.

332.073. The surviving spouse or personal representative of a deceased dentist or the spouse or person legally authorized to act for an incapacitated licensed dentist, for a period of twenty-four months following the death or incapacitation of such dentist, may perform the acts set forth in subdivision (10) of section 332.071, provided that he or she shall employ or contract with persons licensed in Missouri to practice dentistry or dental hygiene as defined in this chapter.
