Sealed records of proceedings--access permitted, when.
632.513. Any psychological reports, drug and alcohol reports, treatment records, medical records or victim impact statements which have been submitted to the court or admitted into evidence pursuant to sections 632.480 to 632.513 shall be part of the record but shall be sealed and opened only on order of the court or as provided in sections 632.480 to 632.513; provided, however, that any person may have access to their own records or reports.
