302.345. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no federal, state, county, municipal, or local court shall defer imposition of judgment, suspend imposition of sentence, or allow an individual who possesses a commercial driver's license or is required to possess a commercial driver's license issued pursuant to this chapter or the laws of another state to enter into a diversion program that would prevent a conviction for any violation, in any type of motor vehicle, of a federal, state, county, municipal, or local traffic control law from appearing on the driver's record maintained by the director of revenue.
