Information on dangers of operating a motor vehicle in intoxicated or drugged state, all first-time licensees to receive.
302.176. Upon successful completion of the requirements of this chapter to obtain a driver's license, all first-time licensees in this state shall receive information from the department of revenue relating to the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated or drugged condition.
