Registered surveyors to be used--private employment prohibited.

60.600. Every employee of the department of natural resources who is engaged in work required by law to be done by a registered land surveyor will be so registered. No employee of the department of natural resources shall engage in private land surveying or consultation while employed by the department of natural resources.
