Recognizance, disposition of.
544.500. Whenever any prisoner is released as provided in section 544.455 by any court, it shall be the duty of the clerk of the court by which the prisoner was released immediately to transmit a record of the release together with any conditions imposed to the clerk of the court in which the party released is required to appear.
