Failure of associate circuit judge to discharge duty.
544.400. If any associate circuit judge refuses or neglects to certify and return, as required by section 544.390, any examination or recognizance by him taken, he may be required, by rule of court, forthwith to return the same, and in case of disobedience may be proceeded against by attachment.
