Issues tried as in ordinary actions--costs adjudged, how.

521.650. All issues joined by or under such petitions shall be tried as like issues joined in ordinary actions, and the costs shall be the same, and the same judgment shall be rendered for them; and if the judgment be against the original plaintiff, he shall be adjudged also to pay all costs in the original proceedings.
