Judgment against sureties, when.

512.320. In all cases of an application for trial de novo from an associate circuit judge, if on a trial anew, the judgment be against the applicant, such judgment shall be rendered against him or against him and his sureties in the recognizance for the application for trial de novo, if such recognizance be given.
