Sale of property to innocent purchaser not affected by vacating judgment.
511.240. No sale or conveyance of property for the satisfaction of any judgment, regularly made, shall be affected or prejudiced by the setting aside any judgment on the appearance of a defendant, as herein provided, if the property shall be in the hands of innocent purchasers.
