Panel exhausted, other jurors summoned.

494.435. Whenever there is an unanticipated shortage of available petit jurors drawn from a qualified jury list, the court may require the sheriff or a jury supervisor to summon a sufficient number of petit jurors from bystanders. If any party objects to bystanders being summoned, additional jurors shall be selected at random from the qualified jury list.
