Depositions taken in foreign countries to be taken in language of the witness--must be translated.

492.310. When depositions are taken in foreign countries of a language other than the English language, they shall be taken in the language spoken by the witness, and in such language be reduced to writing by the officer taking the same. When any such deposition shall be filed in any case, in any court in this state, the party filing the same shall, without unreasonable delay thereafter, cause the same to be truly translated into the English language, and such translation to be filed with its original, but only for information to the adverse party.
