Production of documentary evidence on taking of deposition, when.

492.280. Upon order of the court in which a cause is pending, a subpoena may command the production of objects and documentary evidence on the taking of a deposition, and the court may also order a party to produce objects and documentary evidence on the taking of a deposition.
