Chapter 492 Oaths and Affirmations, Depositions and Perpetuation of Testimony
Section 492.080. Depositions may be obtained conditionally.

492.080. Any party to a suit pending in any court in this state may obtain the deposition of any witness, to be used in such suit, conditionally.
