Chattels worth less than one hundred dollars deemed abandoned after year.
430.135. Chattels of a value not exceeding one hundred dollars, which are not redeemed within one year of the date agreed upon for redemption, shall be deemed abandoned to the lienor and thereafter the owner or depositor of the chattels shall be barred from the recovery of the chattels, or the value thereof, or of any damages growing out of the failure of the person to receive the chattels.
