False statement--penalty.

411.621. A warehouseman who fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt for grain, knowing that it contains any false statement, is guilty of a felony, and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment by the department of corrections and human resources for not less than two years nor more than five years.
