386.170. The members of the public service commission are hereby made and constituted a publications commission to select and designate what findings, orders and decisions of the public service commission shall be published in a series of volumes designated "Reports of the Public Service Commission of the State of Missouri" and to supervise and cause to be prepared the syllabi for the findings, orders and decisions, and to select and designate such other works, papers or studies of the public service commission relating to the field of public utilities regulation that may be of interest to the public and to cause them to be published in pamphlet or book form.
