Division of medical services to have right to payment for health care services provided.
376.819. To the extent that payment has been made by the division of medical services for health care items or services furnished to a Medicaid-eligible individual, the division of medical services is considered to have acquired the rights of the Medicaid-eligible individual to payment by any insurer or other party obligated to cover such health care items or services.
