Employees or members of unions or associations, group or group-type basis coverage, sections 376.431 to 376.442 to apply.
376.431. The provisions of sections 376.431 to 376.442 are applicable to all insurance policies and contracts issued or provided by an insurance company, health services corporation or health maintenance organization on a group or group-type basis covering persons as employees of employers or as members of unions or associations.
