Director may adopt rules.
376.1025. The director may adopt regulations which are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 376.1000 to 376.1045 and to ensure the safe and proper operation of multiple employer self-insured health plans in this state. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
