Time for compliance may be waived or extended.

374.425. The director may waive or extend time of compliance for reporting requirements under sections 374.400 to 374.425 for any insurer upon showing that such requirements would cause the insurer undue expense or that an unreasonable amount of time would be required to comply with the requirements.
