Examination for license, content--passing grade, how determined.

327.151. 1. After the board has determined upon such inquiry and by such methods as it may consider proper that such applicant possesses the qualifications entitling such applicant to be examined, each applicant for examination and license as an architect shall appear before the board or its representatives for examination at the time and place specified by the board in a written notice to each such applicant, provided that an examination shall be given at least once in each calendar year.

2. The written examination or examinations shall be of such form, content and duration as determined by the architectural division of the board to thoroughly test the qualifications of each applicant to practice architecture in Missouri.

3. An applicant to be eligible for license shall make a passing grade on each examination. The "passing grade" shall be fixed by the board but it shall never be higher than the current "passing grade" determined by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

4. Any person who passes the examination or examinations prescribed by the board shall be entitled to be licensed as an architect in Missouri, subject to the other provisions of this chapter.
