Chapter 302 Drivers' and Commercial Drivers' Licenses

302.765. 1. The director may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 302.700 to 302.780. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 302.700 to 302.780 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
2. The director shall adopt a rule approving driving instruction programs presently provided by a Missouri state college, a Missouri state university or a Missouri state community college.
