217.825. Sections 217.825 to 217.841 shall be known and may be cited as the "Missouri Incarceration Reimbursement Act".
(L. 1988 H.B. 1340 & 1348 1)(2005) Missouri incarceration reimbursement act is not unconstitutionally vague under facts of case. State ex rel. Nixon v. Powell, 167 S.W.3d 702 (Mo.banc).
