Beginning at the northeast corner of section twelve of township thirty-five, range twenty-one; thence west with the subdivisional lines to the northwest corner of section ten, township thirty-five, range twenty-four; thence north with the sectional line to the northeast corner of section four, township thirty-five, range twenty-four; thence west with the township line between townships thirty-five and thirty-six to the northwest corner of township thirty-five, range twenty-four; thence south with the range line between ranges twenty-four and twenty-five to the southwest corner of township thirty-five, range twenty-four; thence east to the northwest corner of section six, township thirty-four, range twenty-four; thence south with the range line between ranges twenty-four and twenty-five to the southwest corner of section seven, township thirty-one, range twenty-four; thence east with the subdivisional lines to the southeast corner of section twelve, township thirty-one, range twenty-one; thence north with the range line between ranges twenty and twenty-one to the place of beginning.
