Judgment on a counterclaim or cross-claim when court orders separate trials.

511.040. If the court orders separate trials as provided in section 510.180, RSMo, judgment on a counterclaim or cross-claim may be rendered even if the claims of the opposing party have been dismissed or otherwise disposed of.
