473.320. If the court believes that, after payment of claims, there will not be sufficient assets to pay for the real or personal property referred to in section 473.317, it may order the executor or administrator to sell all the right, title and interest of the decedent therein, including all right of the decedent to any option to purchase the real or personal property.
