307.176. (L. 1982 S.B. 519 ยง 8)

*Word "bus" defined in section 578.300, RSMo.

(1984) Requirement that bus companies allow their drivers to use citizen band radios while operating a bus is preempted by federal statute which gives Secretary of Transportation authority to regulate use of CB radios on buses and therefore the statute cannot be enforced.
