2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 632.055. — Division to provide services.

632.055. The division shall provide or arrange for the provision of services in the least restrictive environment to mentally disordered and mentally ill persons based upon their diagnoses and individualized treatment plans on a continuum of services.
