2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 630.045. — Appointment of personnel for civil involuntary detention actions --mental health coordinators responsible to director.

630.045. The director of the department may appoint such personnel, including mental health coordinators, as are necessary to carry out the civil involuntary detention requirements of chapter 632, RSMo. The mental health coordinators shall be subject to the exclusive direction and supervision of the director, or his designee, who shall not be an employee of any mental health facility.
