2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 595.060. — Rules, authority--procedure.
595.060. The director shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 595.010 to 595.070* as provided in this section and chapter 536, RSMo. In the performance of its functions under sections 595.010 to 595.070*, the division is authorized to promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 536, RSMo, prescribing the procedures to be followed in the filing of applications and the proceedings under sections 595.010 to 595.070*. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
