2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 544.570. — Recognizances returned to clerk.
544.570. Every recognizance or other conditions for release as provided in section 544.455 taken by any sheriff or other officer must be certified and returned by him forthwith to the clerk of the court to which the defendant is recognized, and by such clerk carefully filed and preserved for the action of the court thereon.
