2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 544.550. — Recognizances, how taken.

544.550. All recognizances taken in a court of record in term shall be entered of record, and all recognizances required or authorized to be taken in vacation in any criminal case, or proceeding of a criminal nature, shall be in writing, and signed by the parties to be bound thereby.
