2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 544.030. — Issuance of warrants by associate circuit judge.
544.030. Warrants authorized by law to be issued in criminal cases may be under the hand of the associate circuit judge issuing the same, and shall be as valid and effectual, in all respects, as if sealed.
