2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 542.090. — Recognizance to be prosecuted, when.

542.090. Whenever evidence of such conviction shall be produced to the court in which the recognizance is filed or taken, it shall be the duty of the court to order such recognizance to be prosecuted, and the prosecuting attorney shall proceed thereon accordingly.
