2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 541.140. — Prisoner to be removed to proper county.

541.140. If the defendant be in actual custody or confinement, the body of the defendant shall be removed to the jail of the proper county, in like manner and with like effect, in all respects, as in cases of change of venue.
