2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 521.460. — Court or judge not to order sale of property after death of defendant--how sold.

521.460. After the death of any defendant, no court or judge shall order, as above directed, the sale of any property or effects attached as belonging to such decedent, but the same shall be sold and the proceeds thereof appropriated in the manner provided by law respecting administrators and executors.
