2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 521.410. — Issues raised by motion to dissolve.

521.410. In all cases where property, effects or credits are attached, the defendant may file a motion to dissolve the attachment, verified by affidavit, putting in issue the truth of the facts alleged in the affidavit on which the attachment was sued out.
