2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 521.280. — Order of sale, to whom delivered, return--disposition of proceeds.
521.280. The order of sale, when made in vacation, shall be delivered to the clerk of the court and filed in the cause; and the clerk shall deliver to the officer having charge of the property a copy of every order of sale, whether made in term or vacation; and such officer shall make return thereof to the court, at such time as shall be expressed in the order, showing how he has executed the same; and the proceeds of such sale shall be paid into court or otherwise disposed of as the court or judge may order.
